Sometimes you may wish to return an item/s that you have purchased from us and this policy should help you to return item/s to us wherever you are based. This policy applies to all orders submitted through our website.
Please note this policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
1.1 If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will still be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
1.1a You contact us in the first instance by email at firstname.lastname@example.org describing your reasons for returning the item/s.
1.1b we receive the returned product within 10 days following your initial contact with us
1.1c the returned product is unused, in its original packaging as shipped to you and otherwise complete and in the condition as received by you.
1.1d the branded packaging is returned complete and undamaged with the returned product. Some of our products include the original manufacturers packaging and labels which is important to some of our customers
12.1e You comply with the process set out in section 2 in relation to the return of the product
2. Returns process
2.1 In order to take advantage of this returns policy, you must send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the item/s, requesting a refund and stating the reasons in full with digital photographs if appropriate.
2.2 When we have received your email we will reply to you within 24 hours with a confirmation of the return and any appropriate refund.
2.4 Items returned must be sent using a signed for and insured delivery, to the address provided by ourselves.
2.5 You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
2.6 You will be responsible for ensuring the products are securely packaged as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the return of the products.
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
3.1 Earrings with a pierced fitting such as wires or studs cannot be returned for sanitary reasons
4.1 We will refund the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
4.2 For international returns will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
4.3 For international returns we will not refund any customs or taxes paid by you for the import of the products.
4.4 For international returns we will not refund any customs charges or taxes paid by us to import the returned goods. These costs will be deducted from the original purchase price before the refund is made to you.
4.5 We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
4.6 We will not refund to you any costs we incur in you returning the product to us.
4.7 We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
4.8 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 5 working days following the day we receive your returned product.
4.9 We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return and are processing the payment. After you have received this email, please allow a further 10 working days before your account is credited.
5. Problems with returned items
5.1 If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
5.1a we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
5.1b we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
5.1c if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may dispose of the returned product at our sole discretion without any liability to you.
