Teal leaf pin brooch

Description

Round glass cabochon teal leaf pin brooch set in shiny silver metal. Measuring 28mm diameter with a pinch pin back.

The brooch features a white flower and leaves with gold highlights on a teal background. There are matching earrings in this pattern.

Unique, handmade item using genuine Japanese washi paper which is traditionally made by hand from fibers from the inner bark of the gampi tree, the mitsumata shrub (Edgeworthia chrysantha), or the paper mulberry (kōzo) bush. The paper is covered with a glass cabochon which magnifies and protects the paper.
