Wooden duck egg blue morris pendant

Description

Round duck egg blue morris pendant set in a wood setting with an 18 inch silver colour metal chain. Pendant diameter 3.5 cm , height 10mm.

This pendant has a gold William Morris style pattern in gold on a delicate duck egg blue background. There are other pieces that use this same pattern on dark green and black backgrounds.

Unique, handmade item using genuine Japanese washi paper which is traditionally made by hand from fibers from the inner bark of the gampi tree, the mitsumata shrub (Edgeworthia chrysantha), or the paper mulberry (kōzo) bush. The paper is covered with a glass cabochon which magnifies and protects the paper.
