Wooden black blossom pendant

Description

Medium round black blossom pendant set in a wood setting with an 18 inch silver metal effect metal chain. Pendant diameter 3 cm , height 10mm.

This pendant has red and white cherry blossom flower on a black background. Set in a pale wood setting, this is a lovely traditional design where the gold outlines really stand out.

Unique, handmade item using genuine Japanese washi paper which is traditionally made by hand from fibers from the inner bark of the gampi tree, the mitsumata shrub (Edgeworthia chrysantha), or the paper mulberry (kōzo) bush. The paper is covered with a glass cabochon which magnifies and protects the paper.
