Large wooden black blossom pendant

Description

Round black blossom pendant set in a wood setting with an 18 inch bronze effect metal chain. Pendant diameter 3.5 cm , height 10mm.

This pendant has pink, red and white cherry blossoms on a black background. The gold outlines works nicely with the reddy brown wooden setting.

Unique, handmade item using genuine Japanese washi paper which is traditionally made by hand from fibers from the inner bark of the gampi tree, the mitsumata shrub (Edgeworthia chrysantha), or the paper mulberry (kōzo) bush. The paper is covered with a glass cabochon which magnifies and protects the paper.
