Shiny squares pendant made from genuine dichroic patterned glass with green squares each surrounded with a thin blue and pink line on a black background, with a silver bail and 18 inch silver plated metal chain. This pendant has a clear glass fused to a dichroic layer which gives it a smooth and very reflective surface. It looks blue from one side and green form the other.
Made from a stock of glass previously created by artist Gaynor Murray in Scotland.

Dichroic glass has layers of metal oxides in layers resulting in glass appearing to have different colours when viewed from either side. It can result in stunning effects and has been widely used for jewellery. For this reason there are more than usual photos for our glass jewellery to try to capture that effect.
